Because all of my products are handmade, each one is unique! Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. I’m not able to offer refunds for personal scent preferences, texture, or minor design variations.
I do my best to describe each fragrance accurately based on the oils and manufacturer descriptions, but every nose is different—please keep that in mind when ordering.
Returns:
For safety and sanitary reasons, I can’t accept returns. Once your order has shipped, all sales are final.
