Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every batch and bar is made by hand with care, and I want your experience here to be easy and enjoyable. Below you’ll find a few details about orders, shipping, and policies.

By purchasing through this site, you’re agreeing to these shop terms and policies. I may update them occasionally as my business grows and improves.

🌎 Shipping

International Shipping:

At this time, I’m only able to ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Insurance:

Orders aren’t automatically insured unless you add Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. I strongly recommend adding it—it protects your order if it’s lost, damaged, or stolen after it leaves my hands.

Processing Time:

Each order is packed by hand with care! Typical processing time is 2–5 business days, but during a restock (when lots of orders come in at once), it can take up to 10–15 business days to ship. I always do my best to get orders out quickly and safely.

Multiple Orders:

If you place more than one order, I’m happy to combine them when possible and refund any extra shipping (minus small transaction fees—usually up to 5%). Please leave a note at checkout if you have multiple open orders so I know to combine them!

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. Cancelled orders will have a small 5% restock fee to cover processing costs.

I also reserve the right to cancel or adjust an unshipped order if I can’t reach the customer or if there’s an issue that needs clarification.

📦 Shipping & Handling Details

Each order includes a small handling fee to help cover packaging materials, website fees, and transaction costs. Since I’m a small handmade business, I don’t have access to Amazon-style shipping rates or timelines—but I do pass along the best commercial rates I can get.

If shipping ends up costing less than you were charged, I’ll refund the difference when possible.

Please double-check your contact information before checking out. If I can’t reach you about an issue with your order, I may need to cancel it.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Details

Shipping costs are based on the total of your order. Packages under 15.9 oz usually ship First Class Mail, unless they’re bulky or other arrangements are made. For added protection, I always recommend Route Package Protection at checkout.

📬 Missing Packages

If you’d like signature confirmation added to your package, please contact me right away so I can include it (a small additional fee may apply).

Unfortunately, I can’t replace or refund packages marked “delivered” that go missing after delivery. Porch theft and misdelivery are, sadly, out of my control. If this happens, please first contact your local post office—they can often track your package via GPS. If your package truly can’t be found, your next step would be to file a report with local law enforcement.

Please know that I care deeply about every order I send out and will do everything reasonably possible to help you work with USPS to locate your package.
